OKLAHOMA CITY - HEARTHLAND CHILD DAY CARE CENTER

Jim Dillon (Dillon Foundation's
founder) is being recognized for making the difference in
the lives of kids. His contributions helped rebuilding the
Hearthland Child Daycare Center that was destroyed during
the infamous bombing, a project he started with the Downtown
Oklahoma City YMCA and Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin who
was also present at the ceremony.

MISSION STATEMENT
"Ensure that children never lose their hope, by taking an interest in them
today. Support humanitarian projects that aid those in need, particularly
children / families, in the United States, Baja California, Mexico, and Central
America".
HISTORY
The Dillon Foundation established in 1990, was the creation of Jim Dillon,
President and CEO of Dillon Telephone Company, Inc. The primary source of
funding for the Dillon Foundation in the first eight years was the Dillon
Telephone Company, Inc. Since the sale of Dillon Telephone Company in 1998. The
Dillon Foundation has been funded by donations from private individuals. Since
the 1970's Jim Dillon has helped to support families and youth in need
throughout Mexico and the United States. The Dillon Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) California
nonprofit public benefit corporation.
