Dear Jim,

Thank you for all your support over the years. I have been named teacher of the year for the Chula Vista Elementary School District. I didn't really want the recognition but will go with it anyway. I will now be applying and interviewing for San Diego County Teacher of the Year as part of this process. I just wanted to say thanks for all the support you gave the programs in Chula Vista.
